(*) The registration fee includes four lunches (Oct. 23-26), one reception
    (Oct. 23), one dinner (Oct. 24), and one banquet (Oct. 25), refreshments in
    coffee breaks, and one IAT-2001 proceedings.
    And you may attend all sessions and events of IAT-2001 and WI-2001.
       Cost is JPY 6,000 for an additional reception ticket, and JPY 8,000 for
       an additional banquet ticket.
       Moreover, cost is JPY 2,000 for an additional lunch ticket (one lunch),
       and JPY 3,000 for an additional dinner ticket.
       Please indicate your ACM Membership Number on the Registration Form (if
       applicable). 
(**) Full-time students. Students must submit a verification letter of
     full-time status from the department head.
     If you have a paper accepted, you have to pay a Regular registration fee
     (i.e. "Non ACM member" or "ACM membership").
(***) If an author has more than two papers accepted, the author needs to pay
      JPY 10,000 for each additional paper.
      Authors who have papers accepted for both IAT-01 and WI-01 can register
      for either one of the conferences but need to pay additional paper
      charges for each additional paper.
