    A new generation of interactive multimodal systems is beginning to emerge with advanced technology of spoken language understanding, image processing, character recognition, natural language processing. ICMI aims at to unite people from R&D and industry for an exchange on a wide variety of topics related to this new area. Interested topics may include:

      SUBMISSION
  • The submitted papers will be considered for oral and poster presentations.
  • Both paper submission and abstract submission are acceptable.
  • Submissions should be no longer than 8 pages single spaced, and should use a font no smaller than 12-point. The title page should include the title of the paper, an abstract (200-1000 words), a list of keywords, at most three choices of technical area(s) indicated in order of preference using the codes (A - O), and the authors' postal and email addresses and fax and phone numbers.
  • Papers accepted for publication will be limited in 6 proceedings pages (approximately 5,000 words including figures).
  • Mail 4 copies of submission papers to:
