A block of rooms has been set aside for the WI/IAT'03 at the rate of $135 + taxes/night.

Note that
the cutoff date for the Lord Nelson rooms is September 1, 2003. On this date,
any rooms not booked will be released for general sale and it will be a first
come, first served basis.

For arrival on October 13-15th inclusive, these rooms has been set aside at the rate of $119 + taxes/night. This is a mixture of singles/doubles/triples, smoking and non-smoking.

They must make their reservations by September 12, 2003 at the latest.
