FWD Challenge Award 2015
Aims
The “FWD Challenge Award 2015” competition, organized by the Computer Science Department of HKBU and sponsored by FWD Hong Kong, aims to provide opportunities for students from the Computer Science Department to
- inspire creativity and provide innovation ideas on challenging problems;
- apply their technical knowledge and put it into practice;
- nurture leadership and strengthen team-work spirit for problem solving; and
- enhance communication and presentation skills.
Judging Board & Judging Criteria
The Judging Board will consist of staffs from the Computer Science Department and staffs/experts from our sponsors. The competition will be judged on criteria with distribution as follow:
- Innovation (40%)
- Technical Merit (40%)
- Presentation (20%)
Awards & Prizes
The total prize for the Challenge is HKD$6,000.
The best team as well as teams with merits will be awarded.

How to Join
MSc and BSc students will be competing separately. Interested students can form a team of 2-3 people and submit the completed
