Information Technology (IT) has been an inseparable part of our daily life. We are citizens of this IT era and shall get ready for its possible challenges and opportunities. Computing, being a discipline of tertiary education, may take the initiatives to further enhance the awareness of Information Technologies of the general public. The Department of Computer Science at the Hong Kong Baptist University has particularly designed a series of workshops for the Hong Kong youth, including mobile Apps design and posture-based entertainment. The Mind Drive competition is one of the proud workshops of this series.

The Mind Drive takes a brief look at natural user interfaces of human and computers, and gives some exposure to the posture-based games. It aims at promoting to students the latest body sensing and computing technologies, and related innovations.
