Our Department was glad to welcome around 100 freshmen through the annual Orientation Night scheduled for 10 September 2010. Students were motivated in both academic achievements and University-life pursuits by the encouraging words from the Head and Programme Coordinators. In addition, the sharing by the President of Computer Science Society and two alumni had inspired students to enjoy studies as well. Students had further interactions with the respective mentor and peer tutor during the first mentoring session following the Orientation Night.
