With the start of 2015-16, around 100 incoming students join the big family of the Department of Computer Science. To welcome the freshmen, the Department organized the Orientation Night on 17 September 2015. In the opening, Prof. P. C. Yuen, the Head of the Department, remarked that “Computer Science is in everywhere” and encouraged students to learn as much as they can. The Associate Head and Programme Directors also gave speech to greet the new faces, and shared with students about the outreach opportunities provided by the Department.
