19 staff and students from Computer Science visited the Kowloon Motor Bus (KMB) Co. on 28 November, 2017 afternoon. Representatives from KMB shared industry and/or company specific knowledge such as regulations, workflow in the factory, roster and bus assignment in their operation room, etc. Technologies used to support their daily operations were introduced. The Head of IT also introduced their newly developed bus arrival time estimation system. The effective and efficient workflow and systems impressed every participants. Thank KMB for the kind arrangement.
