20 staff and students from Computer Science visited the Tsing Yi Station, Hong Kong Railway Corporation Limited on 2 November, 2018 afternoon. Representatives from MTR shared company specific knowledge such as workflow and daily operation in the station control room etc. Emergency manual control and alerting systems were introduced. A tour around the station was arranged and participants could have the opportunity to admire the unique cultural characteristics of Tsing Yi MTR Station. Every participants appreciated the ingenious use of IT into the systems.
