12 staff and students from Computer Science visited HKTVMall on 13 November, 2018 afternoon. Representatives from HKTVMall shared their Robotic and Automated Pick & Pack System and the workflow in their warehouse. The effective system could minimize error rate and increase the number of orders which can be packed, up to around 10,000 orders per day. To strive for excellence, HKTVMall had started phase 2 and 3 development for the system and more orders could be handled once launched. They also introduced the career opportunity available there. Participants were eager to learn more about the system development and very positive feedbacks were received.
