由浸大计算机科学系、中国科学院自动化研究所及南方科技大学计算机科学与工程系合办的 ｢2021 IAPR/IEEE 生物特征信息识别技术冬季学校」于2021年1月24日至28日在深圳顺利举行。因应2019冠状病毒病的影响，是次新增了网上讲课，让约90位来自世界各地的学者和研究生能够一同参与。
为期5天的冬季学校包含了讲课、体验环节、业界讲座及联谊等活动，为巩固学员对生物统计学的基本知识及最新发展，讲课主题涵盖移动生物识别、反电子欺骗、模板保护和不同生物统计的基础。19位国际知名学者获邀主讲新颖及具挑战性的题目，包括：
