Abstract
This presentation will highlight the major challenges posed by the application of digital evidence in the criminal justice process. We shall discuss about the significance of fostering international collaboration to overcome such challenges. We shall drawing upon the work of the Council of Europe's Convention of Cybercrime and The Society For The Policing Of Cyberspace to illustrate the need for private and public sectors partnerships to combat cybercrime.
