| Paper Submission Instructions |

Submitted papers must be unpublished and must not be currently under review
for any other publication. Authors of accepted papers will need to sign an EEE-05
copyright release form and present their paper at the conference. The Proceedings
of the conference will be published by IEEE Computer Society and distributed at
the conference; copies of the Proceedings will also be available for sale after
the conference.
Before submitting your paper, please check the description of the conference scope
in the Call for Papers. If you are unsure whether your
work falls within the scope of the conference, please contact the Program Co-Chairs
at Program Officers page.
| Formatting your Paper for Submission |

Each manuscript submitted to this conference should be limited
to be of 8 pages in length and formated in IEEE 2-column styles.
For more formatting related details, please follow the
IEEE
Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines.
We accept only electronic submission in ps or pdf format
and all the submissions should be done via the
submission
system dedicated to EEE-05 . Also, we expect all the
interested authors to submit their paper abstracts one
week before the paper submission deadline via the same
system.
