由浸大計算機科學系、中國科學院自動化研究所及南方科技大學計算機科學與工程系合辦的 ｢2021 IAPR/IEEE 生物特徵信息識別技術冬季學校」於2021年1月24日至28日在深圳順利舉行。因應2019冠狀病毒病的影響，是次新增了網上講課，讓約90位來自世界各地的學者和研究生能夠一同參與。
為期5天的冬季學校包含了講課、體驗環節、業界講座及聯誼等活動，為鞏固學員對生物統計學的基本知識及最新發展，講課主題涵蓋移動生物識別、反電子欺騙、模板保護和不同生物統計的基礎。19位國際知名學者獲邀主講新穎及具挑戰性的題目，包括：
