Abstract
Today’s cognitive systems understand, learn, and communicate with people in natural language rather than software code. They can extract meaning from large amounts of visual, verbal, and numerical unstructured information, and they can learn as they do so, helping people make complex decisions based on Big Data.

IBM Watson is leading a watershed shift to digital intelligence: finding meaning by discovering previously unseen patterns, drawing new inferences, and identifying new relationships from vast amounts of data.

In this talk, we will discuss the recent trend of Cognitive Computing with focus on IBM Watson Technology. We will share selected customer engagement cases in IBM Watson, and discuss how IBM Watson can help customers in their growing business needs.
