Poster Session

To enhance sharing and communication, all participants are encouraged to prepare a poster of their research interest/work and join the open poster session.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Poster Specifications

Poster presenters should install their posters at least 10 minutes before the start of the poster session. The poster size is 80cm(W) x 180cm(H). Please review the poster template for more details on how to prepare the poster. You do not need to use this template, but please make sure that the poster layout is correct.

Poster Printing and Submission

We provide free poster printing service. Please convert the poster file to PDF format and send it via email to before 4 Jan 2020.
