The IEEE EEE'05 conference invites tutorials to be held in conjunction
with the conference. Both technically and application oriented tutorials
introducing into areas related to e-themes are of interest. Tutorials 
are typically half day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) in duration.

Proposals are to be submitted electronically, preferably in PDF, to
andreas.wombacher@computer.org or cstschan@comp.polyu.edu.hk.

Tutorial proposals must clearly identify the intended audience. A proposal 
should include, in English, a description and outline of the proposed 
contents, names, affiliations, and biographical sketches of the speaker(s). 
The intended length of the tutorial (half or full day) should also be indicated.
