Continuing the great success of 2010 at Macau, 2011 at Toyama, 2012 at Seoul, and 2013 at Taipei, RTCSA 2014, the 20th IEEE International Conference on Embedded and Real-Time Computing Systems and Applications, will be held on Aug 20-22, 2014, at Chongqing, China. Its proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by EI. Selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version to the special issues of several SCI(E)-indexed journals including JSPS. More information can be found at http://www.rtcsa.org

[Scopes]:  
RTCSA 2014 will bring together researchers and developers from academia and industry for advancing the technology of embedded and real-time systems, and their emerging applications. The conference has the following goals: to investigate advances in embedded and real-time systems and system design practice and emerging applications; to promote interaction among the areas of embedded computing, real-time computing and system design practice and emerging applications; to evaluate the maturity and directions of embedded and real-time system and system design practice and emerging applications technology. [Paper Submission]
 
Regular Paper Submission
The submitted manuscript must describe original work not previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Submissions should be no more than 10 pages in the IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt). Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, and will be EI indexed. The prospective authors should submit their papers through http://www.rtcsa.org.
 
Work-in-Progress Session
This session provides an opportunity for researchers attending RTCSA to present and discuss their research. More detailed information is available on the web.
 
Special Issues of SCI(E)-indexed Journals
We are arranging several SCI(E) journals to have special issues for the conference, e.g. Journal of Signal Processing Systems, Journal of Information Science and Engineering, etc. A good number of  accepted papers will be recommended to submit the extended versions to the special issues. Please check our website later for more details.
