General Registration Information for ATTENDEE inside Mainland China

  • Payment of a registration fee covers the cost to attend all conference activities （IEEE RTCSA 2014， IEEE NVMSA 2014 and IWMSA 2014）, coffee breaks, conference reception and banquet, and all lunches and dinners during the conference. In addition, each registrant will receive a copy of the conference proceedings in a USB drive.

  • The attendee can follow the steps below to finish the registration.

    • Step 1: Complete the registration form

  • For attendees in the Mainland China, please download the registration form:

    Step 2: Payment by Wire Transfer

  • Payment can ONLY be in RMB Yuan.

  • In the REMARK part of your wire transfer, please follow the exact instructions in each registration form.

  • Please transfer your registration fee to the following banking account.

    Step 3: Send the Registration Information to Registration Chair
    After you finish Step 1 & Step 2, please send the following information through email to registration chair, Prof. Yong Feng (rtcsa2014@gmail.com).

  • Registration form

  • Payment information: In order to identify your wire transfer to our Chongqing University bank account easier, please make sure to scan the receipt from your bank and email it to rtcsa2014@gmail.com.

  • For authors from the Mainland China regarding the invoice of the registration fee: 请写清楚有关开具发票的信息：发票抬头单位名称，如单位为“重庆大学”；也请指明发票上的名目是写“会务费”、“会议费”或者“会议注册费”（如果不指明，我们会统一开具“会议注册费”）。

    • NOTE:
    The subject of email should follow the following format:
    [Conference Name(IEEE RTCSA 2014, IEEE NVMSA 2014)]-[Registrant’s name]-[Registration & Wire Transfer Information]

    After Registration:

  • The registration chair will send a confirmation email to you when your registration fee is successfully received.

  • You can contact the registration chair, Prof. Yong Feng at rtcsa2014@gmail.com regarding invitation letters of conference participation after you have registered. We can only provide such letters once your registration fee has been paid. The letters will be provided to you by the local arrangements chair from China. Invitation letters will be issued only to the authors outside China.

  • Receipt/invoice of the registration fee and the USB drive containing the conference proceedings will be available at the conference venue. We will not send you receipt/invoice/conference proceedings through postal service after the conference.
