Work-In-Progress Paper Submission Information
A one page long abstract describing the in-progress work is to be submitted through the Submission Site on or before June 25, 2015 11:59pm GMT-12. Submissions should be no more than 1 page in the IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt). The title of the submission should start with “WiP Abstract:”. Accepted work-in-progress long abstracts will be included in separate medium other than the formal conference publication; and authors of accepted WiP abstracts will give a short oral presentation at the conference’s WiP session.


Regular Paper
The submitted manuscript must describe original work not previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Submissions should be no more than 10 pages for Regular Papers in the IEEE conference proceedings format (two-column, single-space, 10pt). Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.


Final Paper Submission Information The deadline for camera ready is June 12, 2015  June 19, 2015 11:59pm GMT-12. Papers accepted by RTCSA 2015 will appear in the supplementary conference proceedings of RTCSA 2015 and in the IEEE Xplore. This page contains information for preparing and submitting the camera-ready papers.

Requirements


  1. Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

  2. The camera-ready paper is prepared according to the IEEE Xplore compatible PDF format, they must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus check.

  3. The paper does not exceed the page limits: 10 pages for Regular Papers. A maximum of two additional pages per paper is allowed at $200 USD and $50 USD per page for RTCSA/NVMSA and CPSNA respectively, which will be added to the registration fee.

  4. Papers must be submitted by the Deadline Date.

  5. An Author Registration is required for registering a paper, and each paper needs an unique Author Registration. Please follow the Registration page. All the accepted papers, must be presented by the authors in the conference. Failure to do so will result in automatic withdrawal of your paper from the conference proceedings, and will not be included in IEEE Xplore or indexed by EI.

IEEE Copyright Form Submission
Please complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF System) procedure (Step 7 in IEEE Author Kit). The eCF system will send back the generated copyright form. Afterthere, please rename the form to CR_paperID in pdf format and send it by email to , where paperID is the paper ID assigned to the submission by RTCSA.

This copyright release form MUST be COMPLETED when you are submitting your paper. Failure to do so will render the paper inadmissible for publication in IEEE Xplore, and the paper will subsequently be removed from the proceedings.
