Please access the IEEE MDM 2019 Author Paper Submission Site at Online Author Kit to

(1) Format your camera-ready paper based on the Author's Final Paper Formatting and Submission Instructions under the Formatting Your Paper section (Step 1)

(2) Convert your camera-ready paper to PDF through PDF eXpress under the Paper Validation section (Step 2)

(3) Submit your copyright release form to IEEE CPS (Step 3)

(4) Submit paper details and author information (Steps 4 and 5)

(5) Submit your camera-ready PDF (Step 6)

The camera-ready paper and copyright form submission deadline is May 3, 2019.
