Computer Science students of BSc or MSc Programmes are eligible to apply (including final year students).

Selection

The Department follows the following criteria in selection:

1. Student’s academic performance
2. Personal Statement in the application form
3. Any other relevant information

Group interview may be arranged.

Confirmation of Places

1. All successful applicants will be notified by e-mail by 2 March 2016 and MUST submit the bank-transfer or bank-in receipt to the Department Office by 5:00 pm on 9 March 2016.
   There will be NO refund on the deposit for withdrawal from a programme before or after its commencement.
   
   
2. Balance Payment of the Programme should be paid by 29 April 2016. Participating students MUST submit the bank-transfer or bank-in receipt to the Department Office by 5:00pm on 29 April 2016.

Terms and Conditions

1. Deposit and Programme cost paid are non-refundable unless the programme concerned is cancelled.
2. Students accepted to the study tour programme are responsible to apply for appropriate travel and/or transit visas. Please contact the respective consulates/embassies for details.
3. Programme modifications may be necessary, but every effort will be made to avoid any inconvenience caused to students.
4. Students who received financial support from the Department should complete the followings by 31 August 2016:
   - submit an individual self-reflection report; and
   - create a tour website in group.
