Dear CSD Alumni Scholarship Donors,
I am writing to thank you for being awarded the Alumni Scholarship. I was very happy and appreciative to learn that I was selected as the recipient of your Funds.
The scholarship witnesses my growth in volunteering the department, university and the wider community at the second year of the university. It is hard to balance the time between the volunteering activity and the study, but the experience I get will influence mine whole life, in some ways, I become the better myself through these volunteering (e.g. Becoming the student ambassador of the department somehow increase the confidence, and serving in the homes for the aged makes me know better about the society and life).
Sometimes I feel confused and so uncertain that if the time I spent in these activities was in vain and lowing my GPA, this scholarship truly motivates me and I will continuing in contributing whatever I could afterwards.
