Paper Submission

The paper reviewing process has finished. Details regarding the preparation and submission of camera-ready papers can be found at http://www.computer.org/portal/pages/cscps/cps/final/icpr06.xml.

All authors should note the guideline below.

1.	All papers have page limit of four. Extra pages will be charged at US$200 per page when the paper is accepted. Only a maximum of two exta pages would be allowed.
2.	No multiple paper charges for authors of multiple papers to be presented at the conference.
3.	Anonymous papers should be written in English and submitted in acrobat PDF format.
4.	The IEEE conference proceeding formating guildelines (8.5"x11") are located here.

5.	By submitting your paper, you warrant that neither it nor any related paper with essentially the same technical content has been submitted to any other conference.
