Hands-on Session Programme (Tentative)
The hands-on session will be supported by the OpenCV China Team. The participants will be instructed to develop a real-time face recognition system. The system will be developed on an ARM development kit. The winter school will provide the development kits to participants. Each kit contains an ARM development board, a 10-inch screen, a keyboard, a mouse and a webcam.
To finish the project, the participants should form a team. There should be 2 participants from
different affiliations in each team. The team can also choose topics other than face recognition, but should get approval from instructors.
