Student Travel Grants^*

The IAPR and IEEE Biometrics Council will offer several travel grants to research student participants of WSB 2026. IEEE will provide a total of USD 6,000 to support 6 to 8 research students, while IAPR will provide a total of USD 4,000 to support 4 to 6 research students. Students traveling from outside Mainland China may receive up to USD 1,000, whereas those based in Mainland China can receive up to USD 500.

The school director and co-directors will go through all applicants and select the recipients based on criteria including academic standard and financial need. Recipients are required to present their posters in the poster session.
