Registration

Conference delegates can register by the following means (Please read Remarks for Registration before register):

Note 1: IAPR member Registration

A discount is given to members of any National Society affiliated to IAPR. The name of the society that can confirm your membership must be entered onto the registration form. IAPR member registration includes CD proceeding, all coffee breaks, the reception and the conference banquet.

Note 2: Non-IAPR member Registration

Full registration includes CD proceeding, all coffee breaks, the reception and the conference banquet.

Note 3: Student Registration

Student Registration is available for registered full-time students. The name and contact email of your supervisor who can confirm you student status must be entered onto the registration form. Student registration includes CD proceeding and all coffee breaks. Please note that student registration does not include the reception and conference banquet.

Note 4. Reception and Conference Banquet

Additional reception and banquet tickets can be requested on the registration form (or on-site), subject to availability. The number of reception tickets is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Note 5. Invitation letter and acceptance letter

Request of invitation letter and acceptance letter can be send to icpr06secretary@comp.hkbu.edu.hk. To request for formal acceptance letter, please supply the accepted paper ID, paper title, author list with affiliations and contact address in your email request. Upon email request, invitation letter will be issued subjected on completion of the registration.
