MEI Xinxin
Ph.D. Candidate

HI, there!

I am a research postgraduate student in Department of Computer Science, Hong Kong Baptist University. My Supervisor is Dr. CHU Xiaowen. I am a member of Inspur-HKBU Joint Laboratory for Heterogeneous Computing. I received the B.E. degree in electronic information engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China. My Resume is offered here.
My research interests include GPU computing, parallel and distributed computing, and parallel numerical PDE solvers.
Should you have any queries, please write me an email. I would be very glad to answer it.

Research

During my PhD study, I have published 4 conference/journal papers, and 3 of them are as the first author. My papers have received more than 50 citations according to the Google Scholar statistics.

I have proposed a novel benchmark method to explore the memory systems of three generations of NVIDIA GPUs. I have also measured the DVFS effects on modern NVIDIA GPUs. My studies help in a better understanding of the GPU micro-architectures and the energy-efficient GPU computing.
