1) Tips for travelling from airport to the conference venue or NTT has been posted. Please visit

2) Wireless Internet connectivity will be provided free within the region of the conference venue. If you
are staying at NTT, note that NTT only provides WIRED Internet service and you need to bring with you
your OWN network cable! For other hotels, you may need to check with them.
3) Lunch will be provided during the main conference period (March 30 - April 1).
Lunch on March 29 is on your own unless you have registered for the workshops. Lunch coupons can be
purchased at the registration desk on that day on or before 11:00am.
4) All the conference presentation rooms are equipped with computers (with USB ports) running MS Office XP (English). You can also
bring your labtops for paper presentation. The voltage used in HK is 220 V.

5) The latest final program is now available. Please

to get a soft copy. For paper presenters and session chairs, please double check the schedule.
Note that the presentation time for a regular paper is 20 min and that for a short paper
is 10 min.
6) Mr. Howard C. Dickson, Government Chief Information Officer of the Government of the Hong Kong SAR will give an opening
speech on March 30, 2005.
