The Department hosted the 3rd Mind Drive Competition (Programming Contest for Natural User Interface) on 16 November 2013.
8 teams comprising of 22 participants (Common Year 1 students of the Faculty of Science) demonstrated their own programmed posture designs and body coordination during the competition!
We were also honoured to have invited our outstanding alumni, including Prof. Feng Guocan, Dr. Huang Jian, Mr. Kenneth Fung, Mr. Rocky Chan and Mr. Dennis Cheng, to share their valuable insight and experience of their profession and to present the prizes to the winners!
We are pleased to announce the winners of the competition:
- Champion: CHU Kai Fung, NG Wing Tung and TSE Yam Chi
- First runner-up: CAI Canyu, PIAO Bingjun and WEI Wenzhou
- Second runner-up: (1) CHAN Hoi Man, CHAN Pui Ying and WONG Hiu Kwan; and (2) CHOI Man Wai, CHAN Tsz Ting and HO Hiu Tung
