36 staff and students from Computer Science visited HKTVMall Multimedia and Ecommerce Centre on 15 October, 2019 morning. Representatives from HKTVMall shared their Robotic and Automated Pick & Pack System and the workflow in their warehouse. The effective system could minimize error rate and increase the number of orders which can be packed, up to more than 20,000 orders per day. Participants were eager to learn more about the system development and very positive feedbacks were received.
