Bronze Prize in the 2010 Amway Pan-Pearl River Delta Region Universities IT Project Competition

Congratulations again to Gao Shen, fresh graduate of the Computing Studies (Information Systems) Programme, who represented Hong Kong to participate in the final competition held in Chengdu on 27-28 June 2010, has won the Bronze Prize in the final-round. The award-winning project is a database management system running on flash devices. It was supervised by Dr. Jianliang Xu and co-supervised by Drs. Byron Choi and Haibo Hu of the Department.
